How to buy?
Buying at Tiendainformatica.es is very easy. You only have to follow a few simple steps:
1. From the home page you can access the products in two ways: through our search engine, by entering the name of the product, or by browsing the top menu.
2. Select the product that suits your needs and click on 'Add' to add it to the cart. If you want more information, click on "See product" to access the product sheet.
3. Once you have selected the number of units you can continue shopping or confirm the order.
4. When you select 'Checkout', you must fill in your details and provide us with the address to which we will send your order.
5. Choose the shipping method and payment method.
6. Confirm your order.
7. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
General information
1. In which countries can I buy online? Currently you can make your purchase in Spain and Portugal, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom and Czech Republic. Rest of the world by Correos (maximum order of 2 kg.)
2. How many languages can I browse in? You can browse in almost all languages using the google application.
3. Do you restock items marked "out of stock"? If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If it is out of stock, we will remove it from the website.
4. Will I receive the same product I see in the photo? Yes, except for some Outlet products which may have different packaging.
5. Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers from Tiendainformatica.es? Yes, by simply clicking on "Newsletter" you will receive information about the latest news, offers and promotions from Tiendainformatica.es.
6. Can I unsubscribe from the Tiendainformatica.es Newsletter? In the "Newsletter" section you can easily unsubscribe. Fill in the details and select "send". You can also do it directly from any of the e-mails you have received.
7. How do I recover my forgotten password? If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by going to "Remember password" in the registration section. You will receive an email with your new password.
8. How can I be sure that my purchase has been made correctly? Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department.
9. Can I check the status of my order? Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do so, go to the "My Orders" section of your account.
10. Can I remove an item from my order? Yes, if you have not yet confirmed your order, you can remove unwanted items from your shopping basket. If your order has already been processed, please contact our customer service department.
11. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order, as long as the status of your order allows it. To do so, go to the "My Orders" section of your account or contact our Customer Service Department.
12. What should I do if I receive a defective item? In Tiendainformatica.es we strive to ensure that all our items are in perfect condition, however, if exceptionally you receive a defective product, please report it to our customer service department.
13. What should I do if I receive the wrong item? If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service department.
Methods of payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:
* Cash on delivery: In Tiendainformatica.es cash on delivery payment involves an additional charge of 1.5% with a minimum of 1.50 €.
* Credit card: We accept Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express. For what reason can my credit card be declined?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be out of date. Check that your card has not exceeded its validity date.
- The card's limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- It may be that some of the information entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
Can I order Tax-free?
No, it is not possible as Tax Free only applies to products that are bought in a physical shop and transported by oneself.

Tiendainformatica.es does not use or have access to your credit or debit card details, as payment is made through a secure BBVA payment gateway.
All credit card payments use a secure server owned by the collecting bank, which guarantees the confidentiality of personal data travelling through the network by means of cryptographic techniques.
* Paypal: You can make your purchases in Tiendainformatica.es this convenient system of immediate online payment. The total amount of your purchase includes shipping costs and VAT. You will be informed of the final amount both on the order confirmation page and in the email you will receive once you have completed the purchase process. If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same method you used to make the payment.
* Bank transfer: You must include the order number in the concept of the transfer.
Can I order Tax-free?
No, it is not possible as Tax Free only applies to products that are bought in a physical shop and transported by oneself.

You will be informed of the final amount both on the order confirmation page and in the email you will receive once you have completed the purchase process. If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the amount using the same method you used to make the payment.
